Runners start the El Paso Half Marathon course in downtown El Paso at Southwest University Park, at the corner of Durango and West Franklin, just a couple of blocks down from the El Paso Convention Center. From there, runners make their way out on course that takes them mostly northeast through the city, starting off with stretches along Wyoming Avenue, East San Antonio Avenue, Pershing Drive, and Arizona Avenue before heading back to the finish line.
