Runners follow an out-and-back lollipop-shaped course for the half marathon which, like the 10K, starts and finishes at Garden Spot Village, a retirement community for seniors in New Holland. From there, those running the half marathon follow the same route as the 10K runners for the first few miles, until they reach turnaround point for the 10K. The remainder of the course takes runners back along the country roads of Lancaster County before heading back to where they started for the race finish.
