Course Map: Lincoln Presidential Half Marathon

Runners start the out-and-back course for the race in front of Springfield’s Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, and follow the route as it takes them on a loop through downtown, passing by some the most significant Abraham Lincoln sites in the nation. The first half of the course is largely flat and the second half is rolling with some fairly large hills — as least for central Illinois. (MORE: Lincoln Presidential Half Marathon event details)
