Runners follow an out-and-back course for the Twin Lobster Half Marathon, which starts and finishes in front of Gloucester High School on Leslie O. Johnson Road. From there, the course heads east along the harbor, past the city’s famous Fisherman’s Memorial Statue and then out toward the Cape Ann coastline, following it all the way along the shoreline until they reach Good Harbor Beach. Then they’ll make the turn and head back along the coastline all the way back to the high school for the race finish.
