Overview
It’s recommended that participants be properly prepared and trained to complete the events within 3.5 hours (16 min/mile pace). Jogging strollers in the Half Marathon and 10K will be required to start behind all participants. Free parking is available at the parking lot on the east side of White St. at Elwood and at the lot on White St. and Kansas St. in downtown Frankfort. Pets, bikes, and roller blades are strictly prohibited.
Course Description
Awards will be given to leaders of each age group, as well as the top two overall male and female runners. The race will not be recognizing age group winners with an award but will break it down into five year age groups for individual participant records.
