This nighttime race offers multiple distance options, including a Marathon, Half Marathon, Distance Challenge (Ultra Marathon), Relay, and Quarter Marathon. The course features an approximate 6.55-mile looped route, starting and ending at Pendleton Point in Blackwater Falls State Park. The Distance Challenge, running from 10 pm to 7:45 am, offers options for solo runners, as well as 2, 4, and 6-person relays. With average nighttime temperatures of 55 degrees in late August, conditions are ideal for a refreshing and invigorating run through the mountains.
As with all our races, the Moonlight on the Falls Marathon promises to be a true destination experience.
