Welcome to the USATF Certified Annual Naperville Women’s Half Marathon and 5k, hosted in beautiful Naperville, IL. Scenic Views. Taking runners throughout the scenic downtown region of Naperville, and in and out of some of the most prestigious neighborhoods the city has to offer, the Naperville Women’s Half Marathon course is amongst the most scenic in the state. This western suburb of Chicago boasts incredible natural landscapes paired with an abundance of historic landmarks. From museums to vast river networks, Naperville is an incredible host for an incredible running event.

Starting at North Central College on 30 N Brainard Street, the Naperville Women’s Half Marathon course kicks off at a bright and early 7:00 a.m and sends runners on a double looping course that starts and finishes inside the Benedetti-Wehrli Stadium. On lap one, runners will journey past Charleston Woods, Prairie Park, Hobson Grove Park, and the West Branch DuPage River. On lap two, runners will remain inside of loop one, running in and out of the aforementioned Naperville neighborhoods. The half marathon course has a time limit of four (4) hours, with several fully-stocked aid stations throughout that comprises Gu’s, Gatorade, water, and Endurance Formula, among other necessities. After the race is over, all women are invited to stay for a post-race celebration and awards ceremony, starting at 8:15 and ending around noon.
