The Pistol Ultra Run Marathon & Half Marathon takes place in Alcoa, TN. Runners can choose from many distances:13.1, 26.2, 50K, 100K, and 150 miles. Walkers are welcome on this race.
The 50K/100K loops span 10.35 miles, with the 50kers completing the loop three times and the 100kers six times.
For the 50/100 mile loops, the 50 milers run it five times, and the 100 runners run it ten times. There is a 32-hour cutoff for the 50K, 100K, and 100-miler. The nighttime 50-mile race kicks off at 8 PM on Saturday with a 20-hour cutoff.
The half and full marathons are at 8 AM on Sunday with an 8-hour cutoff. All races end at 4 PM on Sunday. There are heated aid stations and volunteers to assist runners. All participants get swag and a finisher medal.
